Works like breastfeeding

Our patented nipple encourages a deep latch and the same feeding motion used at the breast, helping your baby move between breast and bottle with ease.

Calm, steady feeds

A wide latch and a controlled flow keep feeds steady and unhurried.

The nipple’s design encourages active drawing and a natural feeding rhythm, and the built-in vent lets air flow back into the bottle as your baby drinks, so milk keeps coming smoothly from the first sip to the last.

Safer PPSU bottles

Our premium PPSU bottles are designed for safety, durability and everyday peace of mind.

They withstand temperatures up to 356°F (180°C) without warping and are BPA- and BPS-free. With the clarity of glass but without the risk of breakage, they’re lightweight, strong and built to last.

Embossed measurements won’t fade, so you can rely on accuracy for every feed.

Not all nipples are equal

Why breastfed babies say yes to Minbie

Most bottle nipples let milk flow with little effort. Minbie’s patented nipple keeps your baby using the same active latch and suckling motion they use at the breast.

A conventional bottle nipple

Conventional nipple

  • Milk drips with little effort, so babies learn to compress instead of suckle
  • A different mouth shape from the breast, so switching back can feel unfamiliar
  • Flow can be fast and uneven, making feeds feel rushed

“The unique nipple design better mimics natural breastfeeding mechanics, which is why it was the first one my baby accepted. For parents wanting to combine breast and bottle feeding, Minbie is an excellent choice.”

“After exclusively breastfeeding, my baby refused every bottle we tried and would become really distressed. As a midwife, I understand the sucking reflex and latch, so I was drawn to how closely this nipple mimics breastfeeding. Without hesitation, she took to it straight away. It eased so much anxiety and finally gave me a bit of freedom.”

Designed around breastfeeding

Breast to bottle. And back again.

A shared feed shouldn’t mean leaving breastfeeding behind.

Minbie’s patented soft-silicone nipple is shaped around your baby’s natural breastfeeding motion. Latching surfaces and tip contours keep your baby actively latching and suckling, so they can go from breast to bottle and back without missing a beat.

  • Made for active sucklingYour baby works for milk just like at the breast, so switching back is easy.
  • A flow for their paceFrom extra slow to advanced, with paced options for mostly breastfed babies.
  • Vented by designThe built-in vent lets air back into the bottle, so milk flows smoothly all feed long.

Inside our patented nipple

Shaped for the way your baby feeds.

Four patented features work together so a bottle feed feels like a breastfeed.

Latching surfaces
Guide a wide, deep latch, just like at the breast.
Streamlined bulge
Supports the wave-like tongue movement of natural breastfeeding.
Tip contours
Release milk only when your baby actively suckles.
Palate shape
Sits comfortably in your baby’s mouth.
Minbie nipple anatomy: streamlined bulge, latching surfaces, tip contours and palate shape, with callouts showing their positions

Integrated air vent

Milk out. Air back in.

As your baby feeds, air flows back into the bottle, so the nipple stays full and milk keeps flowing smoothly. The result: steady, unhurried feeds.

Breast to bottle and back

The same motion as the breast, not just the same look

Conventional nipples drip milk with little effort, so babies can learn a lazier technique and start to prefer the bottle. Minbie keeps your baby actively suckling, so moving between breast and bottle stays easy and breastfeeding stays on track.

    Good flow

My little boy loves to guzzle his food. The slow flow teat is fantastic and let's me pace his feeds. Plus, switching between the breast and the teat is easy with its design.

Only bottle/nipples breastfed baby will take!

It was time for me to go back to work and my baby decided he was going to refuse the bottle after taking another brand a handful of times prior. We tried 4 other bottles/nipples before Minbie and he took to these right away! The extra slow flow is what he prefers even though he is 3 months old. They are a lifesaver for babies that are breastfed, highly recommend.

Good questions

Questions before you begin

Will my breastfed baby take it?

Minbie is designed for exactly this. Our patented nipple supports the same wide latch and active sucking your baby uses at the breast, so they can move between breast and bottle without learning a new technique. It’s why so many parents tell us their baby took a Minbie after refusing other bottles.

For the first few bottles:

  • Offer it when your baby is calm and not too hungry, sitting fairly upright.
  • Hold the bottle horizontally at first, with the air vent at the top.
  • Touch the nipple to their top lip and wait for a wide, open mouth, as at the breast.
  • If they’re not interested, stop and try later. It often helps if someone other than the breastfeeding parent offers it.
Which nipple flow should I choose?

Start with the flow for your baby’s age, then adjust to how they feed:

  • 0+ Extra slow: newborns
  • 1+ Slow: when extra slow becomes too slow, often 1–3 months
  • 3P Paced: from around 2 months, for mostly breastfed babies
  • 3+ Medium: from around 3 months
  • 6P Paced: from around 6 months, for mostly breastfed babies
  • 6+ Fast: from around 6 months
  • 9+ Advanced: from around 9 months

If milk seems to come too quickly, or leaks from the sides of your baby’s mouth, try a slower flow. If they get frustrated or feeds take a very long time, try the next flow up. Every Minbie nipple fits every Minbie bottle.

How does the air vent work?

The built-in vent lets air flow back into the bottle as your baby drinks, so milk keeps flowing smoothly and the nipple doesn’t collapse. Paced flows let your baby set a steady, comfortable rhythm, just like at the breast.

What are the bottles made of, and how do I sterilize them?

Bottles are PPSU, a durable, lightweight, heat-resistant material that’s free from BPA and BPS. Nipples are BPA-free German silicone.

Sterilize however suits you: a steam or UV sterilizer, boiling for 5 minutes, sterilizing tablets or solution, or microwave steam bags.

Can I store breast milk in Minbie bottles?

Yes. Use the sealing disc in place of the nipple for storage, then swap the nipple back on to feed. Follow CDC guidance on how long breast milk can be kept in the fridge or freezer.

What if it’s not right for my baby?

Email us your baby’s age and what you’ve tried, and we’ll suggest a flow and approach. Unused items in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
