Orders are dispatched from our fulfilment centre in Chicago, IL.

Same-Business-Day Dispatch

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (CT) Monday to Friday will generally be dispatched the same business day.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

Once your order is dispatched from our Chicago facility via USPS, expected delivery times are based on your official USPS Shipping Zone:

Important Delivery Information

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods, public holidays, severe weather, or disruptions within the USPS network. Unfortunately, Minbie cannot guarantee delivery within the normal timeframe in these cases. Shipping charges on orders not delivered on time as a result of these carrier delays will not be refunded.
