We ship from our warehouse in Millington, TN.

Place your order before 3pm, UTC-06:00, for your goods to be shipped out same day.

Returns & Refunds

Once your order is submitted to the system, there is only a half an hour window before it is submitted to the warehouse. If you have made an error with your order it is best to go back to our website and speak to one of our customer service staff on live chat and see if they can change it. If no one is present on chat, send us an email to info@minbie.com.au as soon as possible. If the order has been submitted to the warehouse, then you will receive what was in your original order.

If your product is unopened with the plastic shrink wrap in tact then you are able to return the goods at your shipping expense. Please send the goods to the following address with your order details inside. Once received, we will process your refund in full less the shipping costs:

If the goods have been opened or used, we are unable to accept returns. If you have an issue with the product, please email us at info@minbie.com.au or speak to one of our customer service helpers on our website.

We do not accept opened returns for the reason to comply with health and safety for baby teats, bottles and pacifiers. Any used or opened returned products will be marked as unsellable before being automatically destroyed as they may pose a health or safety risk to our associates or the next customer who purchases it. If you have an issue with the product or believe it is faulty, please contact our customer service staff and we will help resolve for you.

If we discover that an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will either offer you an equivalent alternative product to send you or if unavailable we will cancel your order and refund you in full. 

Once shipped, your order will have a tracking number. Please contact info@minbie.com.au if you do not receive this. The customer (you) assumes all risk from the time that the Minbie products you have ordered are given to the deliverer or freight agent for shipping, posting or forwarding. You need to take responsibility for providing the correct address for your order and proper access for the delivery of your order; for following the tracking and contacting the deliverer or freight agent if your order has not been delivered so that you will receive or collect your order.

Replacing faulty Minbie products: Every care has been taken through manufacture and the multiple checking of each Minbie teat to ensure the quality of the product; and they comply with the EU, US and Canadian safety requirements. The Industrial Designers of the Minbie teat have many years of experience in the infant feeding area. Should you find a faulty teat, or other Minbie product, please contact info@minbie.com.au within 14 days of receiving your purchase to discuss the problem. The product will be replaced providing that it is deemed that it has not been tampered with or damaged through incorrect use.

Conditions of Using the Minbie products

The instructions that come with the Minbie packs contain important information for your child’s safety and health, as well as the directions for correctly using Minbie and how to prevent leaks. Read the instructions before using Minbie products. (The instructions are also on the Minbie website https://minbie.com/faq/ ). I-Sip Trading Pty Ltd cannot guarantee that your baby will feed from the Minbie teat or benefit from the use of the Minbie teat. Please contact info@minbie.com.au if you have any questions.
